I like making lists for whatever reason… So the list of today is just some little things in my life down here that I’ve been enjoying.
- Hanging up laundry on the line while the warm wind gently wraps it’s arms around you.
- Gazing at the stars at night, while sitting on concrete that warmed all day in the sun.
- Learning how to make Mole.
- Having it be warm enough that my host dad turned the AC on.
- Fresh sheets on the bed.
- Listening to Shakira in Spanish.
- Relaxing to Jason Mraz after translating a movie from English>Spanish.
- Having a rosy tan in March.
- Spending far to much time getting hungry while feasting my eyes on the recipes from Smitten Kitchen.
I like this a lot. I so appreciate the blessings that God has given us for no other purpose but bringing us sheer joy. Even if it’s Shakira ;)
